Crafting my Path

Since I was a little girl, I have always felt that I was born to feel deeply, to experience life in its fullest depth. As a teenager, I had a blog titled "I Feel, Therefore I Exist".

I was a very sensitive being, which was both a gift and a challenge. I felt everything with such intensity that it often overwhelmed me. This deep sensitivity, however, led me on a lifelong quest to understand emotions, feelings, and how they shape our lives.

Since childhood, I have had a deep connection with dance. Dance became my healing tool, a sacred language that allowed me to process emotions, release what no longer served me, and find freedom within.

It gave my emotions a voice and allowed me to express myself in ways words never could.

The Turning Point: A Profound Awakening

Everything shifted when I entered a profound state of meditation that completely transformed my path. In that moment, it was as if a door to another reality had opened, revealing visions and possibilities I had never imagined. I suddenly knew that the life I had been living was not aligned with my true self. At the time, I was working as an architect, following a path that seemed secure and expected of me. But after that experience, I could no longer ignore the call to something greater.

Without hesitation following my heart guidance, I left my architecture career behind and set out on a journey of self-discovery, traveling the world to uncover deeper truths about myself, my purpose and my connection to something higher than myself.

This quest led me to explore ancient wisdom, healing modalities, and the deeper connection between body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

Healing from Within

As I walked this path, I realized that true healing begins with knowing and embracing who we are at our core.

My journey led me to heal from an underactive thyroid condition by understanding the ancestral patterns, emotions, expressions, and thought forms that had been sustaining the imbalance. I came to see that when we fully embody who we are, everything that was once out of harmony begins to realign naturally.

My devotion to self-discovery continues to inspire me every day. As I explore deeper layers of my own spirit, I have found the ability to gently and intuitively guide others on their own journey.

My greatest joy is helping people find confidence in their unique expression, allowing what flows from the heart to be fully seen, felt, and embraced.

Melinda is a unique, professional, dedicated, caring, skilled, and extremely empathetic.

Being supported by her helped me release memories and emotions that were causing many blockages.

Throughout our process together,

I was able to give voice to my potential and express my creative side,

which had been dormant until then.
